Civil Protection/Stalking 

If you have been a victim of harassment, stalking, or domestic violence, you have the right to obtain a civil protection order in the State of Ohio.  We serve our clients, both men and women, who are seeking civil protection orders, or wish to defend against improper ex parte (without being present) orders.  We will assist you through all steps of the civil protection order process, to include filing the application, the initial ex parte hearing, and the full hearing of the case. 

 

Conversely, if you are facing a frivolous protection order against you, we will aggressively fight to get the order terminated.  Sometimes people find themselves receiving unwarranted restraining orders as a result of various legal situations, including divorce cases or contested custody actions.  Such orders can result in harsh repercussions, including removal from your home or restrictions on seeing your children.
